Griff is a building supply company who we were referred to by a friend. At first, we were a little hesitant given that we didn’t know a lot about the industry. But, meeting the team at this 50-year-old family firm changed our mind. Our philosophy (as you will hopefully discover) is to ask good questions, particularly of your customers. So, we walked Griff though asking some great questions of their valued customers. The insights we delivered led to the creation of a new strategic plan that has seen the company grow.
